☠ 7th Haunt ☠ - [Voice]
[Perona's at home. She's been fiddling with her Christmas gifts ever since she received them - two bat themed pieces of jewelry, a brooch and some earrings. They were lovely, and she'd been rather excited to get them and start wearing them, but picking them up gave her a...strange feeling. Deja vu? Or maybe like she received these gifts before? Was this another "gift" from the Malnosso? That'd be like them - embarrassing and upsetting her so much over that stupid holiday, giving her something she loves, only to make her feel uncomfortable to touch them. Tch...how frustrating! This place was really starting to get on her nerves.
In fact, not knowing things was starting to get on her nerves. She's been here before - that Perona knows - and she's met the people that knew that "other her" as well. She can't remember the time she spent here, or the people, places, and experiences...and it's starting to get annoying. Perona likes to be well-informed, up to date on things.She considers herself an intelligent woman, and not knowing something...especially about herself, has become unbearable. And that's what drives her to finally seek answers.
She never cared before, or thought knowing would effect her negatively, but now she just doesn't care anymore. That's kind of her theme, right? Negativity.]
Oi. I know I've been here before, a long time ago...I wasn't interested in knowing abut that before. I never cared. But now it's become troublesome for me not to know. [She glances out the window absently, humming thoughtfully.] So if anyone has things they can tell me...about the other me that was here before, I'd like to hear it. However much there is, I don't care. I'll listen if you don't make it very boring.
[She doesn't have any plans for the day, after all.]

[Voice]
Spock-san, it's nice to meet you...again, I suppose. Even if it's my first time. [The question gets a pause, then a heavy sigh, as Perona's lips turn down in a large frown. No, she's not quite well. Perona's having an issue over her gifts and the weird tight feeling they put into her chest. Adding that to the whole mistletoe debacle--] ...A headache, that's all it is.
Re: [Voice]
It was logical to rely on community when you were lost.]
Are you certain? We have doctors here, perhaps you should visit them.
[Voice]
I wouldn't think a doctor would need to see me for a headache. [She isn't insane, if that's what he's suggesting!] It'll pass with some rest.
Re: [Voice]
[Yeah, Spock is upset himself over everything that's been happening lately, so he's not as 'nice' as he usually is. You'll have to forgive him... or not.]
[Voice]
He's being a snoop and she does not enjoy it.]
I'm not suffering from anything! What I choose to do with my time and my journal is my own prerogative, don't throw your thoughts onto me! I asked if anyone could tell me about myself and if they knew the me what was here before, nothing else! I'm not asking for help, I'm asking for information.
Re: [Voice] XD This relationship is off to a great start~
If I have upset you, please accept my apologies. I have been here for almost two years, and I believe I have become... what is the word... jaded? It has been my experience that people in Luceti hide their emotions until they can no longer contain them. This usually leads to disastrous results.
As for information... I believe I am not going to be much help to you. However, if you require assistance with the programs at the Dome, please do not hesitate to ask me.
[Voice] LMFAO, yup (yay)
I'm not about to put myself in any sort of harm - physical or emotional - my body and spirit are very important to me. ...But when I get to the point where I feel assistance is necessary, I will take it upon myself to ask for it. [Or demand it be given without anything in return, but details.] But if I say I'm fine, then I'd enjoy the pleasure of not having my words questioned.
Re: [Voice]
Though I do find myself curious about you. May I ask where you are from? [Spock wouldn't mind meeting this woman in person actually, she seemed...
...lively.]
[Voice]
I'm from the Grand Line, a linear stretch of ocean circling the world, dotted with numerous islands. It's a haven for the Great Era of Pirates...due to the turbulent and unfathomable things seen on those waters. I was born there, though I can't remember the island of my youth... [Her childhood, before joining Moria at age eight, was a blur.] You can't even know what you'll find on the Grand Line - strong pirate crews with a thirst for blood, ghostly ships that can swallow you whole... Or a nest of seakings and the ever changing weather patterns.
Nothing on that sea is steady. It changes constantly like the rolling tides, so those willing to sail to the ends are the ones destined for greatness. The sea is the home of pirates and sailors, and it nurtures and can be sweet and beautiful...or a ferocious monster with a stomach as black and endless as nothing you can imagine. [She sighs, and casts a longing glance to the side.] I miss the air...the scent of the ocean, and the call of the seagulls. This ocean we have is like a puddle of water compared to my home.
Re: [Voice]
[The Vulcan doesn't sigh, but at least there's no video to give away his longing look.]
I have heard of the Grand Line. I had two very good friends here that were from your homeworld.
They were recently returned.
[Voice]
But while her raised eyebrows isn't shown well on the journal feed, Perona's voice gives way to her muted surprise. Huh, so he knows of the Grand Line? Must be he knew some others from her world that were here...probably one of the Straw Hats.]
Is that so? Were they among the Straw Hat pirates? I've been made aware their numbers are dwindling... [Not like she cares, really. Perona just likes keeping tabs on "rival" pirate crews.]
Re: [Voice]
[Spock thought for a moment, recalling a very early conversation he had with Marco.] I believe he was of the Whitebeard Pirates.
[Voice]
Egh...I know both. Not well [And she likes it that way, honestly.] but I do. Both crews have made names for themselves in the past and present... Back home, I mean.
Re: [Voice]
[Spock was very unfamiliar with this whole piracy business. He had nothing to compare it to...
...then again, the pirates of the Grand Line were nothing like the pirates he encountered on a semi-regular basis.]
[Voice]
[And even forming an alliance is tricky...and doesn't go over well in most cases. They are pirates, after all. Agreeing with and working alongside one another is a tough thing to do...and requires the word of each crew's captain, of course.]
But I'm not their enemy, either. What they do is no concern of mine anymore. My care-taking of that green idiot is done and over with.
Re: [Voice]
Green idiot? I do not understand what you mean by that.
[Spock's blood was green... but surely she wasn't talking about him.]
[Voice]
The Straw Hat's swordsman, Roronoa Zoro. His hair is like a horrid green fungus...though that may very well be his brain, or whatever remains of the festering heap. [She sticks out her tongue, blowing a swift raspberry like the mature adult she is.] I'm a little surprised you don't know of him.
Re: [Voice]
[Spock quirks an eyebrow at her antics... Why was she making such crude noises? Was it a cultural thing?]
[Voice]
And you had a dog with three heads! I really loved him.
[Voice] - 1/2
It's impolite to ask a lady's age, but I'm twenty. I'll be twenty-one in the late spring. [So don't forget and get her a cute present.] But you're saying I was here once when I was younger, left, came back as I am, and left again? ...And now I'm ba--
[Voice] - 2/2
A-A dog with three heads...Cerberus?! You mean I had my precious Cerberus with me, too?! My cutiepie was here?! [WEH, THAT'S NOT FAIR, SHE WANTS HIM BACK. She hasn't seen her doggy in two years!] So he survived the devastation of Thriller Bark....my puppy...
[Voice]
[Voice]
Aaahh...! I want my doggy back! Weeeh, my Cerberus! [WHINE BITCH CRY TANTRUM WHINE. She's 20, no really. NO REALLY.]
[Voice]
I'm sorry, Perona. When you got him last time... I think he arrived at Christmas, as a present. It was a while after you'd gotten here. The way animals arrive here are weird. It was a few months before Appa got here for me! So... maybe he'll turn up eventually.
[Voice]
Mmhhn...I can only hope at this point, can't I? It's not fair at all I have to wait, especially after abiding by the Malnosso's stupid game before! [Do you even know who she wound up kissing?!]
[Voice]
A little hope goes a long way. I'm sure you two'll find your way back to each other someday. That's what I believe.
[Voice]
Thank you, Aang-kun.
[Voice]
You're welcome, Perona.
voice;
[
Even though he totally deserved it.]voice; 1/2
voice; 2/2
You can't mean Cerberus?! My sweet little Cerberus was here with me the last time?! [WHAT THE FUCK, WHY CAN'T SHE HAVE HIM HERE NOW, THAT IS SO UNFAIR. And yeah, she don't care about your arm.] My precious little puppy...I haven't seen him in years...
voice;
[Granted, he'd pushed Ion out of a wheelchair, but.]
voice;
But you're lucky...I see you managed to keep that arm of yours. You're among the few that survived his play time, horohorohoro...
voice;
[He doesn't sound like he's very appreciative.]
I say good riddance. That thing shouldn't be here, anyway.
voice;
Nor should a noisy little pest like you, but we're still stuck dealing with your bothersome yapping! Don't talk down about my cute puppy, or I'll have him finish what he started if he ever comes back to me! [That is a promise.]
